Lists are the backbone of Notifications. Lists allow you to create and store different contacts for your notifications. Lists are comprised of Topics. For example, if you need to send out a notification to only staff, you would select that list that is comprised of the relevant topics. Lists make sending notifications a breeze.

How do I create a new List in Notifications?
To create a new List in Notifications, navigate to List & Recipients > Lists
- Click the green +List button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Enter the Name of the list, a short Description, the Topics that the list should be subscribed to
- Finally, click Create located at the bottom of the screen.
How do I edit a List?
To edit a List click the Pencil icon located to the right of the List's name. After editing, click on the green Update button.
How do I delete a List?
To delete a List, click the Trash can icon located to the right of the List's name. Please remember that once a List is deleted it cannot be recovered.
How do I find a detailed list of recipients for a list?
To find a detailed list of recipients for a list, click on the list's name. This will take you to a screen that displays all of the recipients of a list and how they are notified.
Note: Some recipients might be shown multiple times on the detailed list depending on the number of contact methods that was entered into their Profile. Also note the number of recipients shown on the main Lists screen will be the total number of contacts in the list, therefore if a Profile lists a telephone number that can be reached with both SMS text and voice messages, both of those will be counted as separate recipients.
