The Active Modules menu is the area for each department where you can turn on/off modules for that department. By default, the Page module will be active for new departments. While we do not recommend turning any of the modules off, at the least the Page module should be kept active to allow pages to be created in the department.
Where do I find a list of Active Modules for a department?
To find a list of Active modules for a department, navigate to the department and click on the gear icon to the right of the department's name in the upper left-hand corner. Select Edit department from the menu that appears and then Active Modules.
For Personal Sites, the list of Active Modules can be found by going to your list of Personal Sites. Click on the gear icon to the right of the website's name and select Active Modules. The list of active modules that are activated will be different for every site.
Only website administrators should be activating or deactivating active modules.
