While on the dashboard, either go to the left hand toolbar which is always available no matter where you are at in the dashboard and click on Support, a drop down menu will appear under that, select Tickets and finally Submit Ticket. The second option is on the main screen of the dashboard, located under your profile is a menu labeled Campus Suite Support. One of the options available there is Submit a ticket, click on that and you will be taken to the form that you will need to fill out to submit a support ticket.

The key thing to remember when submitting a support ticket is the more information that you can give the better. Below is a list of possible items to include in the description.

  • Detailed instructions on what you are wanting to do or how you got the error.
  • The URL to any pages
  • Screenshot(s)
  • Windows - Press the PrtScn button. This essentially copies and image of the screen to the clipboard. You will then need to paste the image into Word or an image editing program (recommended). If you want to only capture the active window, press the Alt and PrtScn buttons together.

  • Macintosh - Press the Command, Shift and the '3' buttons together to take a screenshot of your entire screen. To take a screenshot of a portion of the screen, press Command, Shift and the '4' keys. These will be saved to your desktop and can be attached to the ticket.
  • If possible your operating system and what version.  Also what internet browser you are using and its version. Which you can find out by going to the following URL , taking a screenshot of the screen and then attaching it to the ticket -  http://supportdetails.com/  
  • Any files.
