Navigate to whichever page you would like to add the People widget
- Click Edit Page
- Click either + Content or the Settings icon (down-facing arrow) which will be located to the right of Edit where you will need to select either Insert before or Insert after
- Choose one of the eight People-related widgets (Carousel, Directory, List, List Featured, List Grid, Search, Websites List or Profile Card). I will use List for this explanation
- From the Department option, select where the People you are pulling from are located. Click the Deep switch if you want the widget to pull from all sub-departments located in the chosen department.
- The Tags field allows you to set the widget to display only those posts that are tagged with a specific tag.
- Select how many people to display. Default will show all of them.
- For the List Heading, you can enter whatever header you'd like to show above your list . . . or you can opt to not have a heading. Your choice.
- The Heading Size just determines how large that heading will be.
- The Description is just that . . . an explanation of what information is being displayed. We usually leave it blank, but you're welcome to add information.
- The Title Sizes refer to the titles of each person listed.
- The Thumbnails allow you to control how large a graphic associated with the profiles should be displayed, or not display them at all.
- Chose to display Teasers by default, they will be shown
- The View Link Text allows you to create a text link pointing back to the module list. If blank, the link will not display.
- When you are finished, click on the green Create button and your People widget will show up on the page.
- Make sure to click either the Publish or the Save Draft option just as you would when you're editing pages.
